Instructions

  1. Grease two small OR one large ramekin
  2. Add half a banana into a large measuring cup and mash well. Pour in the milk, molasses, vanilla, and lemon juice and whisk well.
  3. Add in baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt and whisk well.
  4. Add the oat flour and fold into the wet until a thick batter forms (if too runny add flour).
  5. Pour the batter into the ramekin(s) and sprinkle it with sugar on top (optional).
  6. Bake in the air fryer for ~5 minutes, let cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with a mix of lemon juice and icing sugar for a sweet glaze on top!

Ingredients

  • ½ banana 
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup rolled oats (ground into flour) + 2 tbsp flour
