In the interest of making nutrition counseling accessible to all, Food Ease Nutrition Counseling offers Equity Pricing for clients who are unable to pay our standard self-pay rate. We believe cost should not be a barrier to compassionate, evidence-based care.

Follow-up appointment (30 min)

- Anthem Blue Cross (CA)
- Blue Shield of California
- Cigna
- UnitedHealthcare (including Choice & Choice Plus)
- UMR
- Golden Rule
- Oxford Health Plans
- Out-of-state Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (via BlueCard)
Note: If your plan is an HMO, a referral from your primary care provider may be required before we can book your first session. PPO, EPO, and Choice/Open Access plans generally do not require a referral.
