Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt; stir into a dough.
- Knead 1–2 minutes on a floured surface.
- Divide into 8 equal pieces.
- Flatten each, place on parchment-lined sheet.
- Add ~2 tsp cream cheese to center of each.
- Wrap dough around filling, pinch to seal, seam-side down.
- Brush with egg wash, sprinkle everything seasoning.
- Bake 25–27 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly + enjoy warm!
Freezer tip: Freeze after baking. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for busy mornings.
