Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool before enjoying.
