At Food Ease Nutrition Counseling, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a quality issue with the item you received, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a refund for the item or assist with an exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

Refund Process:

• If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect.

Non-returnable Items:

• We do not accept returns for digital products.
