Meet Your Health Coach, Alexandria Morgans
Hi, I’m Alexandria, founder and head coach of FitLex Coaching.
I help women find food freedom, banish food noise, heal their relationship with food, and build their dream bodies without restriction, obsession, or constantly starting over. My approach focuses on sustainable fat loss, confidence, and creating a way of eating and moving that actually feels good and lasts.
I hold certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching, and I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Arizona. Before coaching, I spent 19 years as a professional ballet dancer, which deeply shaped my understanding of body image, performance, discipline, and the realities of food and movement in high-pressure environments.
Through my collaboration with Food Ease, I offer monthly online movement classes and online health coaching to support clients who want to feel strong, empowered, and at peace around food again. My goal is to help you enjoy food, trust your body, and see real results — physically and mentally.
