Our Body Image Support Group is designed to enhance the work you’re already doing in therapy or dietary counseling. Led by both a licensed therapist & a dietitian, this group helps you build resilience, learn new coping strategies, & gain community support.

What You’ll Get:
- Practical coping strategies to build confidence and manage difficult moments
- Take-home worksheets and resources for continued support beyond each session
- Insights and guidance from both a dietitian and a licensed marriage and family therapist
Frequency: Bi-monthly sessions
Insurance: $30 per session, billable to insurance if you’re a current Food Ease individual client (sliding scale available)
Location: Virtual (Zoom link provided upon registration)

With extensive experience in inpatient, residential, PHP, and IOP settings, Madison is dedicated to offering personalized care that respects and honors each client’s unique experiences.
